OUR HOUSES ARE PRIVATE PLACES
Our members’ privacy is very important, so please don’t bother anyone you don’t know. Posting about fellow members on social media is not allowed either.
KEEP IT CASUAL
We’re a private members’ club for people working in the creative industries and we have a relaxed dress code. Please make sure your guests know this too.
LOOK AFTER YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD
Your card is your responsibility and should only be used by you; it cannot be transferred or borrowed by anyone else. If you lose it, please let us know.
PHONES AND LAPTOPS
Communal spaces in the House are phone call-free areas, so please keep your devices on silent. If you need to take or make a call, please do it quietly outside in the Farmyard or in the foyer entrance of Main Barn. We have laptop-free zones throughout the House, but please put your laptops away after 6pm in the Mill Room and Main Barn.
GUESTS ARE WELCOME
Soho Farmhouse members can sign in up to three guests at a time, although we may restrict this during the busy summer months, so please call ahead and check. You are responsible for your guests’ behaviour, so please keep an eye on them and make sure they call it a night when you do.
GUESTS AT THE POOL
The pool at Soho Farmhouse is reserved exclusively for members and no guests are allowed. Children must also be members to swim. The pool is open to adults from 6.30am-10pm seven days a week. Children may swim between 9.30am-11.30am and 3.30pm-6pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED
There’s generally no need to book, but if you’re planning ahead we do take reservations. If you would like to eat with more than three guests, please make a booking in advance.
Soho Farmhouse is a club for adults, but we are child-friendly.
During weekends and bank holidays, Main Barn is child-free on the weekend and bank holiday’s from 12pm. During this time, families can dine in the Hay Barn, Farmyard and Farmshop & Deli. Pen Yen is a child-free zone at all times, as are Comfy Farm and Fancy Farm on the two mezzanine levels in Main Barn.
Teeny Barn is a members-only space. Children can be left for a maximum of two hours a day and must be signed in and out by an adult.
Bicycles with black saddles are for members and their guests. Children must be accompanied by an adult when cycling.
Horse riding is available for children and guests aged four and up.
Children must be accompanied by an adult on the boats.
If you’re planning to bring children to the club, remember they count as guests and can only swim if they have a Child Membership. To enquire about Child Membership, email firstname.lastname@example.org
We are dog-friendly around Soho Farmhouse and in Mill Room and Farmshop & Deli, but they must be supervised at all times and kept on a leash. Please do not leave pets in your car. Assistance dogs are, of course, welcome everywhere.
Please note that our gym is only for members, so please do not bring guests. This also applies to our hot tubs, steam room and sauna. Members must be over 16 to use the gym. House Gym is open 6.30am-10pm seven days a week.
We don’t offer credit at the Houses, so please pay your bill when you leave.
Any member found to be buying, selling, using or possessing illegal drugs while on House premises will have their membership terminated.
These are general guidelines for the House, please refer to our full terms and conditions for further details.
If you have any questions, please feel free to speak to our reception and Member Relations team. They’re always happy to help.
